Something oh-so delish and easy for your doula-get-together luncheon… or to serve with salad and/or a creamy potato, sausage, and kale soup for a Valentines supper-
Garlic Parmesan Artichoke Loaf
1 loaf French bread
1/2 cup butter
6 cloves garlic crushed
2 T Sesame seeds
1 ½ cup sour cream
2 cups cubed Monterey jack
½ Cup Parmesan
2 T Chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp lemon pepper
14 oz. can artichoke hearts
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Cut bread loaf in half lengthwise. Tear insides of loaf into chunks leaving the crusts. Melt butter in frying pan, stir in garlic and sesame seed. Add bread crumbs and fry until golden brown. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, Monterey jack, parmesan, parsley, and lemon pepper. Stir bread crumbs and cheese filling together. Add artichokes (broken up), stir. Fill crusts with mixture. Sprinkle with cheddar.
Bake on 350 until done.
