What if your baby’s birth really could be one of the most wonderful experiences of your life? What if it could be a beautiful memory you will want to carry with you forever?
What if you were to claim the right to birth in your own way, because this is your body, your baby, and your birth, and because it is your right to birth the way your body was made to give birth? What if you give birth powerfully—with your own power?
What if your experience is joyful and full of ecstasy? What if it is one of the most fulfilling experiences of your life?
What if your baby’s experience really could be gentle and peaceful? What if your baby could be received by your loving touch and embrace and allowed, in those first long moments, to simply be with you and meet you face-to-face? What if your baby could meet with wonder a world of calm and love and comfort—one that is worth trusting?
What if your baby could meet it devoid of mind and body-altering drugs and chemicals? What if your baby really could be born gently, treated with the utmost respect by all in attendance, even honored on this significant occasion for all that he has the potential to become?
What if it is an experience that is so beautiful, that you want to share it with others so that they too can know the joy and fulfillment you have known? What if others also begin to expect respectful, gentle, evidence-based care?
What if the world stops allowing others, particularly those in authority, to take away our rights and privileges?
What if you really can reach your potential, and all that you were made to do?
Dare to believe!
